Client Request
The client requested the installation of a water pump control panel to manage the operation of two water pumps using pressure sensors and panel meters.
Challenges
•Selecting appropriate pressure sensors to accurately measure the water pressure and transmit data to the control panel.
•Ensuring that the panel meters are calibrated to accurately display the pressure data and transmit control signals to the desired pump.
•Integrating the control panel with the VFDs of the pumps.
•Selecting high-quality, reliable components within the client's budget.
Solution
Our team installed a water pump control panel using the following components:
•Hogller pressure transmitters to measure the water pressure and transmit data to the control panel.
•Autonics MT4W panel meters to display the pressure data and transmit control signals to the desired pump.
•Samwon temperature sensor to monitor the temperature of the system.
•Autonics SPB power supply to power the control panel.
•Schneider relays to switch the power supply to the desired pump.
We ensured that the pressure sensors and panel meters were calibrated and integrated with the VFDs of the pumps. We also provided a comprehensive solution within the client's budget and delivered the project on time.
Products Used In This Project
Pressure Transmitter 0 to 400 bar, 4-20 mA, G 1/4
The HOTH0400FGCK from Hogller is a pressure sensor. This sensor comes with stainless steel housing and G 1⁄4̎ pressure port. This pressure transmitter from HOT series is a gauge with DIN EN 803 – 175301 connector connection that assures trouble-free operation at temperatures to 125°C.
Temperature Controller IC sensor Input, Relay Output - SU-105IP
The SU105IP from SU-105 series is temperature controllers that produced by Samwon Eng. The input sensor is a IC (-50.0°C~150°C) sensor, and the first and second outputs are relays that can operate on both AC (240VAC 50/60Hz) and DC (12/24VDC optional).
