The client wants to implement a smart warehouse system that can automate and optimize various processes, including lighting, security, and parking, to increase efficiency and productivity while reducing costs.
Challenges
• Ensuring seamless integration of various smart products and sensors
• Addressing potential technical difficulties in the implementation of the system
• Adhering to budget limitations while still delivering an effective solution
Solution
To meet the client's request, we designed a comprehensive smart warehouse system that includes the following components:
• Fibaro system for smart lighting that turns on and off according to sunrise and sunset
• Smart gate with GPS entry that opens and closes automatically for authorized individuals
• Motion detectors integrated into the Fibaro system for added security
• Autonics PR08 1.5 DN proxy sensor to control the main door and send notifications
• Autonics AT810 timer and Samwon SU103-SR controller to empty AC water
• Autonics DX700-DFR parking sensors and a QR light tower to display parking positions
• Xiaomi cameras for surveillance
We ensured that all components were seamlessly integrated and developed a customized software interface to control and monitor the system. Our solution addressed the challenges identified and met the client's objectives of increased efficiency and productivity while reducing costs. The project was completed within the agreed-upon timeline, and we provided the client with training and ongoing support.

Inductive Sensor M8, NPN NO, Flush - PR08-1.5DN
The Autonics proximity sensor PR08-1.5DN features outstanding noise protection and stable sensing performance due to its specialized sensor IC developed by Autonics. This NPN proximity sensor comes in a round cylindrical shape, sensing distance of 1.5mm, sensing side diameter and housing size of M08 and shield (flush) installation.
Universal DC Photoelectric Sensor 700 mm - BX700-DFR
The Autonics photoelectric sensor BX700-DFR with built-in amplifiers is available in universal DC type. This sensor which is Diffuse reflective type, comes in a rectangular shape, sensing distance of 700mm and Rectangular installation. The standard rectangular photo sensor can be used in diverse applications requiring non-contact detection of Opaque, translucent material.
