Client Request
Client wants a smart container office with mobile-controlled AC and lighting. Furniture should be practical, functional, and comfortable for employees to work in.
Challenges
• Converting a shipping container into a comfortable and functional office space can present a number of technical and logistical challenges.
• Installing a smart system that can control the air conditioning and lighting requires careful planning and coordination.
• Selecting suitable furniture that is both practical and comfortable can be a challenge.
Ensuring that the office room is well-insulated and properly ventilated can be a challenge.
Solution
To meet the client's request, we have developed a solution that involves converting a 20-foot shipping container into a smart office room. The container walls have been covered with gypsum, the ceiling with gypsum tiles, and the floor has been fitted with parquet. The exterior of the container is made of foam board and stickers, while the window is made of aluminum. The smart system used in the office room is from the Fibaro brand, and the air conditioning and lighting can be controlled through a mobile device. The office room is equipped with motion detectors that automatically turn on the lights when someone enters the room. The furniture is from the Ikea brand and has an alarm bell that can be used to call employees if necessary. The office room is well-insulated and properly ventilated to ensure a comfortable working environment for employees.
