The client requested a shop decoration project that would maximize the use of warehouse space, use cost-effective materials, and align with their ERP system to make it easier for their personnel to access items and locate them.
Challenges
•Maximizing the use of warehouse space while maintaining an attractive shop design.
•Finding cost-effective materials that are also waterproof and durable.
•Locating and numbering shelves in a way that aligns with the company's ERP system.
Solution
To meet the client's request, we used Polywood as the material for the project after the initial design phase. Polywood was selected because it is waterproof, cost-effective and durable. After coloring and lighting the project, all shelves were numbered and located in a way that aligned with the company's ERP system. This made it easier for company personnel to locate items quickly and efficiently. The project was completed at a reasonable price and in a short period of time.
By live monitoring when temperature reaches a certain level which already is determined by operator, the temperature controller commands the electric valve (Parker brand) which is placed in the path of hot water and cold water to open. And they stay open until the water reaches the desired temperature.
