Client Request
The customer's request was to mix hot water with cold water from the facility and before reaching the Jacuzzi tank, also the customer needed to keep each of the 3 Jacuzzis separately at a specific temperature.
Challenges
The long distance of the sensors from the control panel where the temperature controllers were located.
Solution
By using temperature transmitters (Datexel brand) that we placed after each sensor, we managed to get the output of 4-20 mA and this current output was fed to advanced temperature controller (Samwon brand) that accepts this same type of input.
By live monitoring when temperature reaches a certain level which already is determined by operator, the temperature controller commands the electric valve (Parker brand) which is placed in the path of hot water and cold water to open. And they stay open until the water reaches the desired temperature.
