Client Request
The client wants a management room that can be created using flat-pack containers. The room should be well-insulated and equipped with all necessary features such as lighting, furniture, air conditioning, and a smart system that controls all aspects of the container.
Challenges
•Ensuring proper insulation in a container can be challenging, as the container is made of steel, which conducts heat easily.
•Installing all necessary features such as lighting, furniture, and air conditioning in a container can be challenging due to space constraints.
•The use of a smart system to control all aspects of the container requires proper integration and installation of the necessary sensors and relays.
Solution
To meet the client's request, we used pre-insulated flat-pack containers that are slightly larger in size than standard cargo containers. The interior of the container is covered with wallpaper, and the floor is covered with carpet tiles. The middle part of the container is illuminated with focus lights, and hidden lights have been used all around the container. We used IKEA furniture to furnish the container, and Xiaomi cameras were installed to allow online viewing of the interior. The Fibaro smart system was used to control all aspects of the container, including lighting, air conditioning, and an automatic electric door lock. A 1.5-ton Super General AC was also installed, which is connected to the Fibaro smart system. We addressed the challenge of insulation by using pre-insulated containers and ensuring that the air conditioning system was properly installed and integrated with the smart system.
