20-foot Recycling Station Container
Design of 20-foot Recycling Station Container
In the design and construction of this recycling station container, a 20-foot container has been used. There is a 6-meter-long shutter door at the back of the container for more accessible transportation of wheeled recycling bins. Six compartments for plastic, paper, glass, and metal are installed in the exterior to separate waste.
The critical point in designing and constructing recycling station containers is ventilation. Because along with dry waste like paper, other dry waste, such as dry bread, plastic, glass, and various metals such as iron, copper, aluminum, cast iron, lead, brass (faucets), and stainless steel, is also dumped. Therefore, during the construction of this prefabricated container, strong ventilation is considered so that the unpleasant smell of all types of dry waste does not bother people.
Features
We used the following material to build this recycling container:
- The interior walls and the container floor are made of ceramic to maintain hygiene and continuous washing.
- The exterior is in harmony with the urban environment; composite and wood are combined.
- The container ceiling is covered by PVC false ceiling.
