Solution
For this project, we used 3 thin metal cans connected with bolts and nuts, a wooden box with 9 mil MDF covered with plexiglass, 7 photo sensors, 7 timers, light, a buzzer, and an emergency switch. The project was tested and ready to be delivered within 4 days.
We were able to deliver the entire project in four separate pieces because of the type of material used, the appropriate coding of the wires, and the concentration of most of the sensors and controllers in the wooden housing.
With the basic training and instruction sheet that we prepared, the customer was able to assemble this project without the need of an expert in Saudi Arabia.
The special and accurate packaging done by our logistics team was also an important factor for trouble free delivery of the project to customer in Saudi Arabia.
This end result of the project works in such a way that when a person jumps with the intention of hitting the ball, the height of the jump is sensed by the sensors located at certain distances from the ground, and the light corresponding to that height is turned on, and only the last sensor in the height of 2.65, which is the record of Cristiano Ronaldo, will be activated when the ball shakes due to the header, which was achieved by setting the sensor and focusing it on the ball.
The client was very satisfied with this project, and this was the third time we had a project request from this client.
