Control Panel

A temperature transmitters and Signal Converter is essentially a form of amplifier, filtering, conditioning and boosting the signal for better reception from the place where the process temperaure operates, to the control panels even at long running cables. Thermocouple or RTD wires are connected directly to the transmitter which scales the input to a 4 to 20 mA, output signal, a voltage such as 0 to 10 Vdc or a digital output such as RS232, RS485, and Modbus.

Float Level Switch

We recommend our float type level switch for low cost liquid measurement. The principle of float type level meter is that a float moves up and down due to buoyancy. A reed switch in a stem is actuated by a magnet in the float, and outputs detection signal.

Limit Switch

In electrical engineering a limit switch is a switch operated by the motion of a machine part or presence of an object. When an object comes into contact with the actuator, the device operates the contacts to make or break an electrical connection.

Pressure Transmitter

The functional principle of a pressure transmitter is very simple. The pressure sensor converts the mechanical pressure value into a industrial standard signals such as 4-20mA & 0-10VDC. The pressure sensor typically consists of a stable main body and a (thin) diaphragm. The diaphragm is deflected under the influence of pressure.

Proximity Sensors are available in models using high-frequency oscillation to detect ferrous and non-ferrous metal objects and in capacitive models to detect non-metal objects. Models are available with environment resistance, heat resistance, resistance to chemicals, and resistance to water.

Temperature Sensor

Temperature sensors In automation and process technology, monitoring and control of temperatures is one of the most important measuring tasks. The correct temperature often influences quality and efficiency of the process. To avoid dangerous states, the temperature must be monitored in many applications. You can choose from a variety of sensors to translate temperature phenomena into a measurable signal. Three common sensor varieties are the thermocouple, RTD, and thermistor. Each has its own operating principles, benefits, considerations, and drawbacks.

Vessel Warning

Signal tower lights are often required to indicate both visual and audible signal at the same time on most marine application application cases. We offers various kinds of warning lights with built-in buzzer and warning lights and electric horn configuration products with various built-in warning sounds, melodies, and alarm sounds.

A timer is a control component which, after a preset time, energizes an output contact. The start of a timing cycle, single or repetitive, is produced by timer energisation or by maintained or pulse control contacts with, as a result, a large number of potential functions. We have varous type like DIN Rail Mountable & Panel Mountable Models.
