The PRODAT USB is a USB programmer that can program the SMART and Slim range of signal conditioners from DATEXEL.

All the DATEXEL Signal Conditioners of the SMART and SLIM series can be programmed with the Prodat and any personal computer, both desktop or laptop using the USB port.

The 9 V battery, housed in the Prodat-04 is automatically switched on when it is in program mode to save battery life. As an added feature an external power port is provided on the side of the Prodat-USB. The battery or the external source, is able to provide power for the transmitter on the plug on the side of the Prodat-USB on the programmer.

The programmer is 1500 Vac galvanically isolated between the input/power supply side and the output side.

The programming interface PRODAT-USB developed, manufactured and tested in strict accordance with the quality assurance standard UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000.
It is in compliance with the directive 89/336/EEC on the electromagnetic compatibility and the CE mark confirms the compliance of the product.

he Low Cost DAT1010 RTD Temperature Transmitter (Hockey Puck) is a RTD Head Mounted Temperature transmitter that is able to accept signals from RTD's. It can also convert mV, Resistance and Potentiometer in to a 4-20mA signal. The DAT1010 "in head Mounted Temperature Transmitter" is PC Programmable. The sensor type, range, zero and linearization, is programmable with the Prodat software, available from DATEXEL.

The input is measured, linearized and converted and then scaled to the industrial standard of 4-20mA signal (2 Wire device).

The RTD sensor is selectable for Pt100, Pt1000, Ni100 or Ni1000.

The resistance input is selectable from 0-200, 0-500, 0-2000 Ohms.

The mV input is selectable from -100mV to 700mV with a minimum span of 2 mV.

The Potentiometer can accept resistance in the range of 0-200 Ohms, 200-500 Ohms and 0.5 to 2 k ohms.

The RTD and resistance can be 2 wire or use compensation wire to improve accuracy I.E. 3 or 4 wire. There is an option to program the burn out failure alarm on the 4-20mA signal to High (20mA) or Low (4mA). The power supply to the Temperature Transmitter has a high range of tolerance and can accept voltage between 10 and 32 Volt. The DAT1010 Temperature-Transmitter is Loop Powered (2 Wire).

The Intrinsically Safe RTD Temperature Transmitter DAT1010IS Hockey Puck Temperature Transmitter is an RTD Head Mount Temperature Transmitter. The input also accept mV's, Potentiometers and resistance Inputs. The DAT1010IS "in head Mount Temperature Transmitter" is PC Programmable. The sensor, range, zero and linearization, is programmable with the Prodat software, available from DATEXEL. The input is measured, linearized and converted to the industrial standard of 4-20mA signal. The RTD and resistance input has the added feature of selecting 3 or 4 wire for higher accuracy. There is a burn out failure alarm that can be programmed to drive the output signal High and Low. The input on the DAT1010IS has a high range of tolerance and the DAT1010IS can accept any voltage between 11 V and 30 Volt. The power is Loop Powered.

The DAT1010IS is accurate to 0.1% full scale mV Linear and has less than 0.02%/°f thermal drift.

The DAT1010IS is in compliance with the standard 89/336/CEE on the Electromagnetic Compatibility.

The DAT1010IS is housed in a self-extinguish plastic enclosure suitable for DIN B in-head mounting.

There is a mounting kit available to mount the DAT1010IS on DIN rail.
